The visit focused on reviewing the institution’s accreditation under the National Standards for Civil Services Training Institutions (NSCSTI) framework. It provided an opportunity to gain firsthand insights into the NSG’s training infrastructure, specialised facilities, and institutional processes, including the delivery of its training programmes.

Engagements during the visit enabled constructive discussions on aligning training systems with national quality benchmarks and strengthening institutional capacity in line with the vision of Mission Karmayogi. The interaction reaffirmed the importance of continuous improvement, structured competency development, and robust training ecosystems across institutions.
