As part of capacity building work for the state of Madhya Pradesh – Sensitization Workshop on Citizen Centric Behavior for State Administrative Services and Revenue Department Officers was conducted at RCVP Noronha Academy of Administration & Management, Bhopal (academy.mp.gov.in). The event was chaired by Smt. Deepti Gaur Mukherjee, IAS, Principal Secretary (Personnel) General Administration Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.

During the workshop, Dr. R Balasubramaniam shared his thoughts on significance, relevance, and impact of citizen-centric behavior. The workshop further comprised group discussion by the participating officers of State Administrative Services and Revenue Department on ways through which a civil servant can become citizen friendly, empathetic towards peers, superiors as well as subordinates and ways of lateral integration with other departments for healthy field relations.
