CBC launched the online training module with the Ministry of Finance andthe Department of Public Expenditure & Reform, by Hon. Minister of Finance Nirmala Sitharaman. The training module uses gaming techniques, audio visuals, quizzes to convert complex rules of procurement of goods, services and works and General and Supplementary rules into easy-to-understand nuggets of learning.
