Capacity Building Commission, held a kick-off meeting in collaboration with the IFC - International Finance Corporation (IFC) will be developing an integrated approach for enhancing capacity at the Urban Local Body (ULB) level.

Annual Capacity Building Plans (ACBPs) will be created in select ULBs to enhance capacity at an individual, institutional and an organizational level.
