Capacity Building Commission members met the Secretary of the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways Shri Sanjeev Ranjan to discuss the recommendations of implementing the Annual Capacity Building Plan. The Minister welcomed the report recommendations and stressed on effective and timebound implementation of the ACBP and pointed out that such Capacity Building would be critical for success of PM GATI SHAKTI.
