Today marks a defining moment as we launch Phase II of the Rashtriya Karmayogi Large Scale Jan Seva Programme at Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs , IMT Manesar (Lead Trainer Training Workshop). What began by impacting over 11,000 civil servants in Phase I is now set to scale to reach 700,000 government officials across Bharat, guided by a shared purpose and strengthened by Illumine Knowledge Resources, our knowledge partner in this transformative journey.

This is not a training rollout but a national movement, led by 300 Lead Trainers and 20,000 Karmayogi Coaches, designed to spark deep shifts in mindset, motivation and method across every office, from the grassroots to the highest corridors of administration.

We are not just building skills but building a citizen-first civil service, powered by purpose and anchored in Seva Bhaav.

The scale is historic. The intent is urgent. And the outcome will shape how #Bharat is served in the years to come.
