The Capacity Building Commission (CBC), in collaboration with the Indian School of Business (ISB), is conducting the Advanced Faculty Development Programme (AFDP) Batch-9, with an orientation session that set the context for the five-day learning journey.

The orientation emphasized the evolving role of faculty in shaping meaningful learning experiences and institutional excellence. Participants were introduced to the programme's objectives, learning approach, and the importance of collaborative learning and peer engagement throughout the programme.

The five-day journey is thoughtfully designed to build faculty capabilities through:


Day 1: Design – The Strategy Lab
Day 2: Methodology – The Implementation Lab
Day 3: Tools & Innovation – The Innovation Lab
Day 4: Impact & Micro-Labs
Day 5: Integration

Through expert-led sessions and collaborative discussions, the programme will equip participants with practical perspectives and tools to design impactful learning experiences, strengthen facilitation practices, leverage innovation and emerging technologies, assess learning outcomes, and translate these insights into meaningful action within their institutions.
