This project aims to develop a demonstrable, implementable, and scalable model for strengthening Panchayati Raj governance aligned with the principles of Mission Karmayogi covering both elected representatives and bureaucracy. Through targeted capacity-building initiatives, the project will ensure that panchayats are well-equipped to perform their functions effectively, ultimately leading to more responsive and accountable governance at the grassroots level.
