As a part of our collaborative effort towards development, a 3-day State Capacity Building workshop on creating State Capacity Building Plan was conducted at the RCVP Noronha Administrative Academy, Bhopal from 19–21 November, 2025, with participation from 30 departments and their sub-organisations.

The workshop opened with an address by Shri Sachin Sinha, IAS, Director General, who outlined the objectives and expected institutional outcomes of the workshop, followed by a detailed presentation by Shri Mujeebur Rehman Khan, IAS, Director-ATI, setting the operational and strategic context for departmental engagement.

Mission Karmayogi team facilitated the departments towards adopting state-wide standardisation of CBPs, ensuring data-driven capacity building and seamless integration with the iGOT Karmayogi platform.

The workshop marks a significant milestone in enabling the shift from creating rule-based to role-based Capacity Building Plans.
