Rashtriya Karmayogi Jan Seva Program - 8,00,000 Government officials trained.

The Capacity Building Commission (CBC) is proud to share that the Rashtriya Karmayogi Jan Seva Program has trained over 8,00,000 Government officials across the country in one-day training, along with 16,000 Master Trainers and 822 Lead Trainers.

Phase II of the program, launched in May 2025, with an aim of training about 7,00,000 Government officials, has been completed, which is a testament to the enthusiasm and commitment of government employees nationwide.

This milestone marks a significant advancement in embedding the spirit of Seva Bhav and the ethos of a Karmayogi across India’s administrative landscape. By strengthening purpose, intent, and service orientation at scale, the program continues to contribute meaningfully to the larger vision of citizen-centric governance.

CBC acknowledges the efforts of all Ministries, Departments, Organisations, and every participating official for their active engagement and support. Your dedication has transformed this initiative into a powerful movement for behavioural transformation in Government.
