Capacity Building Commission was invited by the State Government of Assam to conduct a one-day workshop on 'Transformational Development Process through Institutional Reform'.

The workshop was chaired by Hon. Chief Secretary of Assam Jishnu Barua and attended by all Secretaries, Commissioners and Department heads. This workshop included breakout sessions with police, industries, rural development, forest, and the Administrative Training Institute followed by a keynote speech by CBC Member (HR) R Balasubramaniam on leadership skills.
