The Department of Social Justice and Empowerment (DoSJE) inaugurated the first batch of the Rashtriya Karmayogi Jan Seva Programme on 5th March 2025—a transformative training initiative launched by the Capacity Building Commission to foster Seva Bhav (spirit of service) among government officials.
Hon’ble Shri Amit Yadav, Secretary, DoSJE, in his inaugural address, reinforced the essence of public service: “Every action taken by public servants contributes to the nation’s progress. This programme serves as a reminder of why we serve—to bring meaningful change in people’s lives.”
The training is being led by Ms. Kajal Singh (Director, DoSJE), Shri Puspendra Singh (Deputy Secretary, DoSJE), and supported by Ms. Shipra Singh (Capacity Building Commission).
Held at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi, the ongoing training program is witnessing active participation from officials as they gain deeper insights into their roles in nation-building, policy formulation, grievance redressal, and citizen-centric governance. This initiative continues to strengthen efforts toward a more efficient, impactful, and service-driven public administration.
