With 6000 officials trained across 49 MDOs so far - the Rashtriya Karmayogi Large Scale Jan Seva Program - Phase 1 is helping government officials connect their work with service to citizens.
Today, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, Government of India and Department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare (DoPPW) hosted an event to share feedback and thank the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) for facilitating Phase 1 of the program for their departments. The training had a noticeable impact on officers-helping them reflect on their work with greater clarity, build stronger connections with citizens, and understand how their roles contribute to the broader goals of governance. Seeing this shift among their teams, the departments came together to acknowledge the value of the program and express their appreciation for the structured approach taken by #CBC.
Master Trainers and participants spoke about how the training helped them reflect on their role and connect daily tasks with a deeper purpose of public service.
Shri Srinivas Voruganti, Secretary, DARPG and DoPPW, appreciated the training effort and its relevance for improving public service delivery.
Dr. R Balasubramaniam, Member (HR), CBC, and Adil Zainulbhai, Chairman, CBC, shared their remarks and thanked officials for their honest reflections and participation.
We now look forward to Phase 2, which will train 7,00,000 officials across Bharat, further strengthening citizen-first governance.
