A future-ready, citizen-centric governance ecosystem begins here.
The launch of the Roadmap for Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram marks a significant step in advancing Mission Karmayogi’s vision of building a citizen-centric and future-ready civil service. The roadmap outlines a phased national rollout from April 2026 to December 2028, aimed at institutionalising Seva Bhav across Central and State Governments through large-scale behavioural capacity building. Targeting nearly 1.3 crore officials, particularly frontline functionaries in key sectors, the programme will leverage a robust cascade training model supported by National Lead Trainers, State Master Trainers, and the iGOT digital learning platform. The roadmap provides a structured pathway for scale, standardisation, and sustainability, culminating in the integration of behavioural learning within institutional training ecosystems across government.
