Capacity Building Commission, along with Karmyogi Bharat, met the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Delhi, Smt. Rekha Gupta and Chief Secretary to discuss the way forward for implementing #MissionKarmyogi in the Government of NCT of Delhi.

Under the Hon’ble CM’s leadership, Delhi is set to onboard 80,000 officials onto the #iGOTKarmyogi platform-marking a significant step in building a future-ready civil service.

The discussion led to 3 key outcomes:
• 100% Onboarding: All Group A, B, and C officials of the Delhi Government will be onboarded on #iGOT portal to enable continuous, structured learning.

• Departmental Participation: A directive will be issued mandating participation of all departments with a nodal officer designated to drive the effort.

• Jan Seva Rollout: A large-scale citizen-first governance initiative will be launched across departments.
