More than 100 State Master Trainers trained under #KarmayogiKartavyaKaryakram (KKK) in Karnataka

A total of 102 State Master Trainers (SMTs) have been successfully trained across two batches, significantly strengthening the state’s capacity to advance the vision of #MissionKarmayogi. The programme focused on fostering #SevaBhav, citizen-centric governance, ethical public service, and behavioral transformation among government officials.

These State Master Trainers will now play a pivotal role in cascading the programme across all departments and districts. Their efforts will enable wider outreach and support the development of a competent, accountable, and future-ready civil service. 
Through this initiative, Karnataka reinforces its commitment to continuous learning and excellence in public service delivery.
The enthusiastic participation of the officers reflects a shared dedication to embedding the values of Seva Bhav and Citizen-First Governance across the state.
