Today marks the final Lead Trainer batch at CSOI, New Delhi under Phase II of the Rashtriya Karmayogi Large-Scale Jan Seva Program (RKLSJSP)—a transformative initiative reimagining how civil servants are trained to serve with Seva Bhav.

Phase II trained 740 Lead Trainers, 7,500 Master Trainers, who have already trained 1,57,806 civil servants across Bharat on iGOT.

As this pyramid of learning cascades further, 7,00,000+ government officials will be empowered through 1-day training sessions—ensuring that every citizen experiences responsive, empathetic, and effective governance.
