The Capacity Building Commission (CBC) conducted a focused workshop on “Delivering Quality at Scale,” facilitated by Dr. R. Balasubramaniam, to strengthen quality standards in digital learning products and programmes across the public sector. The workshop saw the participation of Ms. S. Radha Chauhan (Chairperson, CBC), Dr. Alka Mittal (Member Administration, CBC), Shri S. P. Roy (Secretary, CBC), along with the Mission Karmayogi team.

The workshop encouraged participants to reflect deeply on what quality truly signifies in a learning environment—and how it shapes the overall user experience. Through practical illustrations, interactive exercises, and group discussions, the sessions helped participants examine how users perceive quality and how consistency can be intentionally designed across the learning lifecycle.

Aligned with the vision of Mission Karmayogi, CBC continues to foster an ecosystem where digital learning is not only accessible but also effective, reliable, future-ready, and designed to strengthen the competencies of India’s civil servants.
