A State-level meeting chaired by Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, was held with the Chief Secretary, Shri Shashi Prakash Goyal and Secretaries of key citizen-facing departments.

Chairperson, CBC, Ms S Radha Chauhan presented Mission Karmayogi, highlighting the State Capacity Building Plan, role of Administrative Training Institutes & key Mission initiatives including Viksit Panchayat, Rashtriya Karmayogi Jan Seva Program, & ULB Capacity Building.
The CEO, Karmayogi Bharat, Smt. Chhavi Bhardwaj presented the State’s performance under Mission Karmayogi and outlined key learning packages for engineers, citizen-facing officers, and frontline workers.
The Chief Minister underscored the need for systematic capacity building of engineers and officials, with a focus on emerging technologies, localisation of best practices, and self-reliant governance.
Chief Minister emphasized that AI & cyber security capacity building is essential for all State employees, & called for documenting & scaling proven models such as Gram Sachivalaya & Aspirational Districts, translating these learnings into active capacity building interventions.
Chief Minister further stressed the need to link capacity building with performance outcomes across all levels.The State Departments and UPAAM reaffirmed their commitment to taking Mission Karmayogi forward.
