Capacity Building Commission today launched the “National Karmayogi Seva Bhaav program” with participation from more than 15 Ministries/Departments of the Government of India. 

Phase 1 of this program will build the capacity of officers of the entire Secretariat of the Government of India in the next 3 months covering all 93 Ministries and Departments. 

The impact of governance should be felt by the citizens of the last mile. With the focus on changing mindsets, this program will ensure that all officers go through 1 day of training on building karmayogi competencies and mindsets and operating like a karmayogi. 

Supported by the knowledge partner, the trainers will be created from the nominated DSs/Directors of the MDO who will bring the right context and experience to the training.

CBC aims to ensure that the National Karmayogi Seva Bhaav program will catalyse and rekindle the spirit of Janbhagidari to help India achieve the goal of Viksit Bharat, as envisioned by the Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
