The Department Of Personnel & Training hosted the "Workshop on Mission Karmayogi for Capacity Building Units of Ministries/Departments" on October 3, 2024, in New Delhi. The workshop underscored the evolving role of Ministries and Departments in capacity building, reinforcing CBC’s efforts to equip civil servants with the competencies needed to achieve Viksit Bharat.

The Capacity Building Commission (CBC) presented key highlights of the upcoming National Learning Week, aimed at fostering SevaBhaav and aligning civil servants with the vision of ViksitBharat through continuous learning.

CBC also shared updates on the Karmayogi Seva Bhaav program, a large-scale behavioral intervention set to engage 700,000 Central Government employees. This initiative, designed to develop 20,000 Karmayogi Coaches, seeks to instill a spirit of public service, enhancing the delivery of citizen-centric governance. Mission Karmayogi is in full momentum as National Learning Week approaches.
