Rashtriya Karmayogi Large Scale Jan Seva Program – From Learning to Action.

The Rashtriya Karmayogi Program has trained another additional batch of officials from multiple ministries and departments over the past 3 days, continuing its mission of embedding #SewaBhaav in governance. Officials stepped away from their desks to rethink their role-not just as administrators, but as facilitators of citizen-centric service.

Understanding how every action-big or small-impacts citizens, this program is not just training but a shift in perspective rooted in Seva Bhaav and Svadharma. From the way policies are communicated to how challenges are approached, this program has encouraged participants to see governance through the lens of impact rather than process.

Now, as certified Master Trainers, they take on the responsibility of further training officials within their respective ministries, departments, and organizations-ensuring that service-oriented governance is not just discussed in a training room, but practiced at every level.

And this is just one step in a larger journey. With the next phase set to train 700000 government officials across Bharat, the movement is not far. The shift from process-driven to purpose-driven governance is taking shape.
