Maha-Sadhana Saptah 2026, under Mission Karmayogi, stands as a first-of-its-kind and one of India’s largest Tech Learning Weeks, emphasising continuous learning, reflection, and the application of knowledge in day-to-day governance. Scheduled from 2nd to 8th April, the initiative will engage over 8.8 lakh government employees across 32 departments, targeting 35.2 lakh learning hours, an average of four hours per employee on iGOT, through 50 carefully curated courses. Through this initiative, government employees are encouraged to participate in courses, thematic webinars and other learning activities, contributing towards building an efficient, responsive and future-ready civil service. महा-साधना सप्ताह 2026 : भविष्याभिमुख सुशासनासाठी सक्षम प्रशासनिक तंत्र महा-साधना सप्ताह 2026 हा मिशन कर्मयोगी अंतर्गत आयोजित देशातील सर्वात मोठ्या टेक-लर्निंग आठवड्यापैकी एक असून, शिक्षण, आत्मचिंतन व दैनंदिन शासकीय कामकाजात ज्ञानाच्या प्रभावी वापरावर भर देतो. 2 ते 8 एप्रिल दरम्यान, या उपक्रमात 32 विभागांमधील 8.8 लाखाहून अधिक सरकारी कर्मचारी सहभागी होणार असून, 50 निवडक अभ्यासक्रमांच्या माध्यमातून iGOT द्वारे प्रत्येकी 4 तासांचे मिळून सर्वांना सरासरी 35.2 लाख तास शिक्षण देण्याचे उद्दिष्ट आहे. या उपक्रमाच्या माध्यमातून शासकीय कर्मचाऱ्यांना अभ्यासक्रम, थीमॅटिक वेबिनार आणि इतर शिक्षणात्मक उपक्रमांमध्ये सहभागी होण्यासाठी प्रोत्साहित करण्यात येत असून, त्यामुळे कार्यक्षम, प्रतिसादक्षम आणि भविष्यासाठी सज्ज अशा नागरी सेवाव्यवस्थेच्या उभारणीत योगदान दिले जात आहे.
