Manipur has successfully conducted two batches of the Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram (KKK) on 25-26 June, aimed at strengthening the culture of continuous learning and citizen-centric governance under the National Programme for Civil Service Capacity Building (NPCSCB) Mission Karmayogi.
A total of 78 State Master Trainers (SMTs) were trained at the State Academy of Training (SAT), Manipur, in association with the Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms (P&AR), Government of Manipur. The participants represented 15 government departments and directorates, including Home, Police, Education, Vigilance & Anti-Corruption, Health, Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, Finance, and several others.
The programme aims to create a pool of Master Trainers who will further cascade the message and spirit of Seva Bhav across the state administration, both at the state and district levels, fostering a shared commitment to ethical public service and citizen-first governance.
The Capacity Building Commission congratulates the Government of Manipur, SAT Manipur, and all participating departments for this initiative. We look forward to the continued expansion of the Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram (KKK) across the state, empowering civil servants to deliver citizen-centric governance with greater efficiency and dedication.
