It is our privilege to announce the signing of a tripartite MoU between the Capacity Building Commission, the School of Ultimate Leadership, and the Government of Gujarat to roll out the 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐢 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦, an initiative to strengthen citizen-centric governance.

SOUL shall serve as the lead knowledge and leadership program implementation partner.

The MoU was signed by 𝐒 𝐏 𝐑𝐨𝐲, Secretary, CBC, 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐡 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐫𝐢, CEO, SOUL, and 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐒𝐡𝐮𝐤𝐥𝐚, IAS, Principal Secretary, ARTD, GoG, in the presence of 𝐃𝐫. 𝐇𝐚𝐬𝐦𝐮𝐤𝐡 𝐀𝐝𝐡𝐢𝐚, Principal Advisor to the H’ble Chief Minister of Gujarat, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐒 𝐑𝐚𝐝𝐡𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐧, Chairperson, CBC and 𝐑. 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐦, Member – HR, CBC.

SOUL shall design and implement behavioural transformation, functional excellence, and technological enablement programs for Grade 1 and Grade 2 officers, starting with the Narmada district as a pilot to create a scalable and replicable model for the state and the nation.
