Signing of a tripartite MoU between the Capacity Building Commission, the School of Ultimate Leadership, and the Government of Gujarat

It is our privilege to announce the signing of a tripartite MoU between the Capacity Building Commission, the School of Ultimate Leadership, and the Government of Gujarat to roll out the ๐ƒ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐ญ ๐Š๐š๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ฒ๐จ๐ ๐ข ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ, an initiative to strengthen citizen-centric governance.

SOUL shall serve as the lead knowledge and leadership program implementation partner.

The MoU was signed by ๐’ ๐ ๐‘๐จ๐ฒ, Secretary, CBC, ๐’๐š๐ฎ๐ซ๐š๐›๐ก ๐‰๐จ๐ก๐ซ๐ข, CEO, SOUL, and ๐‡๐š๐ซ๐ž๐ž๐ญ ๐’๐ก๐ฎ๐ค๐ฅ๐š, IAS, Principal Secretary, ARTD, GoG, in the presence of ๐ƒ๐ซ. ๐‡๐š๐ฌ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ค๐ก ๐€๐๐ก๐ข๐š, Principal Advisor to the Hโ€™ble Chief Minister of Gujarat, ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐’ ๐‘๐š๐๐ก๐š ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ฎ๐ก๐š๐ง, Chairperson, CBC and ๐‘. ๐๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ฌ๐ฎ๐›๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐ข๐š๐ฆ, Member โ€“ HR, CBC.

SOUL shall design and implement behavioural transformation, functional excellence, and technological enablement programs for Grade 1 and Grade 2 officers, starting with the Narmada district as a pilot to create a scalable and replicable model for the state and the nation.
