Chairperson, CBC, Ms S. Radha Chauhan and Chief Secretary, Government of Madhya Pradesh, Shri Anurag Jain address the State‑Level Capacity‑Building Plan Development Workshop conducted at RCVP Noronha  Academy of Administration and Management, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

The Chairperson highlighted the paradigm shift towards role and demand-based training. She said that these departmental Capacity‑Building Plans will facilitate the training of cadres in their respective departments and aim to enhance the capacities of officials through role‑based, demand‑led training courses/programmes.

The Chief Secretary advised departmental heads to make modifications as required while finalising the capacity building plans. DG of ATI, Shri Sachin Sinha emphasised upon continuous learning, unlearning and re-learning. Shri Sanjay Shukla, ACS, General Administration Department, was also present at the workshop.

In the pre‑workshop exercises, around 29 key departments and their 60 sub‑departments/directorates /boards/authorities –89 in total – prepared Capacity‑Building Plans covering 1,089 unique designations.

This first‑of‑its‑kind workshop in the nation marks another milestone towards state‑level capacity building, bringing Madhya Pradesh to the forefront of capacity‑building initiatives under Mission Karmayogi.
