Taking forward the vision of Viksit Bharat, India is steadily shaping itself into a confident, future-ready nation that is transforming its governance systems while also collaborating with countries across the world to co-create scalable and inclusive capacity building solutions.
In this spirit, the Capacity Building Commission hosted a meaningful dialogue between Ms. S. Radha Chauhan, Chairperson, CBC, and Prof. Sachin Kumar Sharma, Director General, Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS).
Launched during the AI Impact Summit 2026, CBC through its Global Digital Capacity Building Alliance (GDCBA) aspires to build worldwide a future-ready, “full-stack” public officials - leaders who are not only digitally proficient but also deeply grounded in ethics, inclusion, and public value.
Dr. Vashima Shubha, Advisor, CBC; Shri Anil Jauhri, Consultant, RIS; and Dr. Pankhuri Gaur, Assistant Professor, RIS, presented the vision and key initiatives of CBC and RIS, and outlined a roadmap for future collaboration.
Shri Jagdeep Gupta, Secretary, CBC, and Ms. Uma S. Iyer, Advisor, CBC, gave valuable insights and contributed to the rich and forward-looking discussion.
We look forward to deeper collaboration and sustained partnership to translate our vision into action.
