Smt. S. Radha Chauhan, Chairperson - Capacity Building Commission (CBC) and Smt. Santhi Kumari, Vice Chairperson & Director General - Dr. Marri Channa Reddy Human Resource Development Institute of Telangana (MCRHRDIT) held an interaction focusing on Capacity Building of State at Hyderabad today.
During the deliberations, the ATI highlighted multiple areas reflecting innovative progress, wherein domain expertise has been identified for curating digital content and converting the same into structured digital courses.
Chairperson, CBC underscored the critical importance of formulation and implementation of Capacity Building Plans (CBPs) by all State Departments, reiterating the emphasis laid during the meeting of Chief Secretaries that every State Department must have a CBP in place.
The Chairperson, CBC further highlighted the need for integration of training data with HRMS systems, enabling effective personalisation of learning pathways for officials. She urged the ATI to supplement the competency gaps identified through CBPs by aligning and delivering appropriate training programmes, including blended learning, thereby facilitating a transition from a supply-driven to a demand-driven training ecosystem.
Smt. S Radha Chauhan also assured continued guidance and support to the ATI in strengthening its capabilities in emerging technology domains, as part of ongoing capacity-building efforts.
The interaction concluded with a campus tour, during which the Chairperson, CBC was apprised of the Institute’s infrastructure, including training halls, labs, sports facilities, and the Women SHG-run canteen operating within the campus.
