Capacity Building Commission along with Central Board of Direct Taxes in presence of Chairperson Sangeeta Singh and member Anuja Sarangi and various officials from Indian Revenue Service (IRS) planned to analyze data of income tax related public grievances related to incometax return and develop a robust training intervention which will enable the Assessment and appellate officers to proactively resolve the grievances.
