A tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), Karmyogi Bharat, and the Government of Manipur

In a significant step for strengthening public service in Manipur, a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed today (23 September 2025) between the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), Karmyogi Bharat, and the Government of Manipur.

Signed in the presence of Dr Puneet Kumar Goel, Chief Secretary, Government of Manipur, and Dr. R Balasubramaniam, Member (HR), CBC, the partnership will deepen the state’s engagement with hashtag#MissionKarmyogi.

The MoU marks the beginning of an institutional partnership to implement Mission Karmyogi’s vision of a competency-based, technology-driven, and continuous learning ecosystem for government officials in Manipur-enabling civil servants to serve citizens better, faster, and with empathy.
