At the heart of today’s Learning & Development Workshop at National Academy of Agricultural Sciences -NAAS India, teams stepped into innovation labs-crafting the future of grassroots governance. As part of the Capacity Building program for #ViksitPanchayat, each breakout room became a hub of collaboration where real-world challenges were met with purpose-driven design.

The modules being shaped go beyond theory. They are anchored in field realities, focused on equipping Panchayat leaders with the skills, mindsets, and tools needed to lead transformation on the ground.
