Today marks a significant milestone as the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), Karmayogi Bharat, and the Government of Arunachal Pradesh signed a tripartite MoU. This agreement signifies a pivotal step in enhancing governance capabilities within the state.
The signing ceremony was followed by an insightful orientation session led by Dr. R Balasubramaniam, Member (HR) at CBC, focusing on #MissionKarmayogi and the Karmayogi Competency Model (#KCM). Ms. Soumi Banerjee, GM – Strategic Alliance and Partnership from Karmayogi Bharat, provided an overview of the functionalities and usage of the iGOT platform.
Shri Manish Kumar Gupta, Chief Secretary of Arunachal Pradesh, emphasized the critical importance of #CapacityBuilding for government officials and highlighted the need for a transformative mindset among civil servants. He also commended Mission Karmayogi for its structured approach to competency development.
Shri S P Roy, Joint Secretary, CBC, outlined specific areas for collaboration between the state and #CBC, while Shri Yashpal Garg, Commissioner of the Department of Personnel, underscored the necessity of tailored training programs based on identified needs.
The orientation session saw active participation from Secretaries, Special Secretaries, Commissioners, Additional Secretaries, Joint Secretaries, Directors, and Heads of departments from across the Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
