Capacity Building Commission (CBC) has signed a contract with the Kaivalya Education Foundation (KEF) to lead a transformative initiative focused on strengthening Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs).
As part of this partnership, 60 Gram Panchayats across Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Gujarat and Odisha will see implementation of a demonstrable, measurable, and scalable model of capacity building at the grassroots level.
Anchored in the vision of Mission Karmayogi, the initiative aims to enhance the capabilities of both elected representatives and government functionaries, fostering more effective, responsive, and citizen-centric governance.
Key Highlights:
🔹 Tech-enabled ecosystem for continuous capacity building
🔹 Custom-built e-learning platform, mobile app, and AI-powered chatbot
🔹 Personalized learning and on-demand support for PRI members
🔹 On-ground implementation anchored by KEF under the guidance of CBC
This partnership marks a major milestone as Mission Karmayogi expands to the last mile—empowering local institutions to become future-ready agents of change.
Together, we’re moving closer to a Viksit Bharat through stronger, more accountable Panchayats.
