Under the Global Digital Capacity Building Alliance, the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) recently signed an MoU with RIS in the presence of Hon’ble Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Dr. Jitendra Singh, during Sadhana Saptah.

Building on this momentum, CBC is proud to partner with RIS and UN ESCAP on the Training Programme on the Multilateral Trading System and WTO Accession, supporting Bhutan’s journey towards WTO membership.

This collaboration reflects a shared vision of strengthening public institutions, advancing South-South cooperation, and enabling capacity building that drives meaningful and sustained reform.
