Secretary (CBC) addressed the group of civil servants from Gamibia, at National Centre for Good Governance , who are in India as part of their mid career  training programme. The  group was informed about the achievements under  Mission Karmayogi focussing on building Competencies to enable the shift  from Rule to Role based performance, citizen centric and groomed to be tech enabled and future ready.
