At the Sādhana Shrinkhla 2026 regional workshop in Guwahati, the transformation of Training Institutions through UNNATI for the holistic development of the North-Eastern Region was highlighted.

The discussions emphasised systemic competency mapping, research, higher-order learning, and the integration of online learning with offline training interventions. 

By strengthening institutional capabilities and fostering collaborative learning through UNNATI, Mission Karmayogi seeks to support more responsive governance and effective public service delivery across the region.
