The 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐮𝐦 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 (𝐍𝐂𝐃𝐅) was launched during the 3rd Regional Workshop of Sādhana Shrinkhla 2026 in Lucknow.

The Framework provides a common approach for Training Institutions to develop structured, competency-based curricula aligned with role requirements and learning objectives, supporting the institutional transformation initiatives under Mission Karmayogi.
