Member (HR), Capacity Building Commission, Dr. R Balasubramaniam visited All India Institute of Speech and Hearing (AIISH), Mysore and address the staff there on 4th December, 2025.

Dr. R. Balasubramaniam, Member (HR), Capacity Building Commission, along with Shri S. P. Roy, Secretary, CBC, & Ms. Soumi Banerjee, General Manager, Karmayogi Bharat visited the Administrative Training Institute (ATI), Mizoram.  visited the campus and its facilities.

The Capacity Building Commission (CBC), Karmayogi Bharat , and the Government of Mizoram signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Aizawl to strengthen capacity building initiatives in the state.

Member (HR), Capacity Building Commission, Dr R Balasubramaniam addressed a session on “Leadership & Management” at IIFM, Bhopal on 01.12.2025. The session was a part of the Management Module of the Mid-Career Training Phase-V for the in-service IFS Officers (1995 – 1999 batches).

The Capacity Building Commission extends its heartfelt congratulations to the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) for achieving 5-star rating under the NSCSTI 2.0 Framework of Mission Karmayogi.
