Smt. Chandralekha Mukherjee, Principal Advisor, Capacity Building Commission, chaired a virtual interaction today with Training Institutions under various divisions of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The session was also attended by Smt. D. S. Nagalakshmi, Director, Capacity Building Commission, along with Programme Coordinators and members of the UNNATI team.

With participation from 193 representatives of Training Institutions across the country, the session focused on advancing the objectives of Mission Karmayogi through competency-based capacity building and institutional strengthening.

Discussions covered the onboarding and effective utilization of the iGOT Karmayogi platform, the preparation and use of Capacity Building Plans (CBPs), and a comprehensive orientation on the UNNATI Portal. Participants were also briefed on the rollout of Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram (KKK) and the Rashtriya Karmayogi Jan Seva Programme.

The interactive session enabled institutions to share valuable feedback and suggestions on enhancing collaboration, improving portal functionality, and addressing sector-specific learning requirements. The deliberations reflected a collective commitment towards fostering a culture of continuous learning and capability development across government institutions.
