The first batch of the 2-day State Master Trainer (SMT) Programme under the Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram (KKK), a flagship initiative of Mission Karmayogi, concluded successfully on 10 July at the Shri Krishna Institute of Public Administration (SKIPA), Ranchi, Jharkhand.
Facilitated by Lead Trainers (LTs) from SAIL, deputed by the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), the programme brought together participants from major departments of the Government of Jharkhand. The training aims to create a pool of State Master Trainers (SMTs) who will spearhead the cascade rollout of the Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram across the State, fostering behavioural transformation and strengthening citizen-centric governance.
The programme marks another important step towards institutionalising Seva Bhav, continuous learning, and competency-driven public service under Mission Karmayogi.
