The Capacity Building Commission (CBC) congratulates the Government of Nagaland on the successful completion of the first batch of State Master Trainers' Training programme under the Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram (KKK) held on 1st and 2nd July 2026, at the Administrative Training Institute (ATI), Nagaland.
The progamme was conducted in association with the Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms (P&AR), Government of Nagaland. It marked an important step towards strengthening the culture of continuous learning, spirit of Seva Bhav and citizen-centric governance under Mission Karmayogi.
The programme was formally inaugurated by Shri V. Shashank Shekhar, Director General, Administrative Training Institute (ATI), Nagaland, underscoring the state's strong institutional commitment to advancing civil services reform and capacity building.
A total of 35 State Master Trainers (SMTs) were trained, representing more than 8 Government departments and directorates, including Home, Police, Education, Health, Social Welfare, Finance, and several others.
The Capacity Building Commission looks forward to continuing its support in empowering civil servants to deliver citizen-centric governance in Nagaland.
