The Capacity Building Commission (CBC) conducted an interactive meeting with the Institute of Management in Government (IMG), Kerala, along with 24 State Training Institutes, to review the progress of key Mission Karmayogi initiatives and accelerate the State's capacity-building efforts.

The session was chaired by Smt. Chandralekha Mukherjee, Principal Advisor, Capacity Building Commission, and focused on:

🔹iGOT Karmayogi onboarding and adoption
🔹Capacity Building Plans (CBPs) – preparation, approval and implementation
🔹Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram (KKK) – training strategy and rollout
🔹UNNATI Portal – onboarding of Training Institutes, profile completion and institutional readiness

A live demonstration of the UNNATI Portal was conducted, followed by an engaging discussion where queries raised by the participating Training Institutes regarding registration, profile completion, faculty details, infrastructure, course listings and other portal functionalities were addressed.

The active participation of Institute of Management in Government (IMG), Kerala and 24 State Training Institutes reflects the State's commitment to strengthening institutional capacity and advancing the vision of a future-ready, citizen-centric civil service under Mission Karmayogi.
