Chairperson, CBC, Ms Radha Chauhan visits the Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration (MGSIPA), Chandigarh, which is the State ATI of Punjab

During her visit, Ms Chauhan called on the Director General (DG) of the Institute and Special Chief Secretary, Shri Anirudh Tewari and interacted with all Faculty Members. While appreciating the work done by MGSIPA in capacity building in the State and the innovative organisational restructuring undertaken within the Institute over the last 2 years, Ms Chauhan called on the Institute Faculty to make optimal use of the Amrit Gyan Kosh case studies and to ensure that KKK becomes an integral component of all training courses. She also emphasised the importance of augmenting Punjabi content in iGoT courses, the updating and review of data fed into the UNNATI Portal and on the importance of AI perspective being included across courses of all domains. 

On behalf of MGSIPA, the DG Shri Tewari thanked Ms Chauhan for her visit and guidance and apprised her of the initiatives and activities being undertaken by the Institute in pursuance of its mandate of ensuring qualitative and future-ready capacity building for Govt employees. Last year, the Institute conducted as many as 547 training programmes covering 25000 trainees.
