The 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 & 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝗞𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗶𝗿, has successfully rolled out the first batch of 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗴𝗶 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝘃𝘆𝗮 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝘆𝗮𝗸𝗿𝗮𝗺 at the Directorate of Agriculture, Lal Mandi, Srinagar.

The one-day programme focused on 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀, 𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻-𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀.

The session was conducted by 𝗗𝗿 𝗤𝗮𝘇𝗶 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗸𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗮𝗳, 𝗝𝗞𝗔𝗦, 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, who facilitated an engaging and insightful learning experience for participating officials.

The rollout marks another step towards institutionalising a culture of 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻-𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 under Mission Karmayogi.
