Andhra Pradesh Human Resources Development Institute (APHRDI) successfully completed a three-day Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram from 9–11 September, training 98 officials across three batches at the APHRDI Campus.

The programme brought together officials serving across the A.P. Secretariat and field administration, including Assistant Section Officers, Group I & II Officers, District Social Welfare Officers, Sub-Registrars, Extension Officers, Junior Auditors, Record Assistants and Office Subordinates.

Such structured capacity-building programmes play an important role in strengthening professional competencies and enabling officials to translate learning into more effective and citizen-focused public service.

The programme was conducted under the guidance of Sri G. Srinivasulu, Director, APHRDI, and Sri P. Rossaiah, Deputy Director, APHRDI, with Dr. Mahesh Kumar Akkaraboyina, State Nodal Officer for Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram and State Master Trainer, facilitating the sessions.
