Odisha is taking another important step towards strengthening the capacity and behavioural competencies of its officials under Mission Karmayogi.
Following the successful completion of 2 two-day State Master Trainer (SMT) training programmes, Odisha has now commenced its first one-day Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram (KKK), led by an SMT from the Energy Department, with 30 participants.

The programme focuses on experiential and behaviour-based learning, enabling officials to strengthen the values, attitudes and competencies essential for effective and citizen-centric public service delivery.
With officials serving as the critical link between government and citizens, such initiatives are important in fostering responsive, empathetic and outcome-oriented governance.

The rollout of one-day Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram programmes reflects Odisha’s commitment to embedding a culture of continuous learning, service excellence and citizen-centric governance, aligned with the vision of Mission Karmayogi.

The Capacity Building Commission appreciates the State for its commitment towards building a future-ready and citizen-centric civil service.
